    Description

    Plug and Play pasteurisation system – Immaculate condition

    Bought for pastuerisation upgrade project  on food waste AD plant which was then cancelled, these tanks are in the same condition as when they were delivered by Landia. Top specification, stainless steel tanks with all instrumentation, chopper pumps, mixers and control system ready for installation at buyer’s site.

    These tanks are in AS NEW condition and Landia is prepared to support the new owner through installation and commissioning as required.

    Each tank has a capacity of 8000litres and has a water jacket to ensure trouble-free heating.

    The control system includes the actuated valves, and is designed to integrate with the main AD plant control system via MODBUS.

    1 Master and 2 slave control panels are included mounted in STAINLESS STEEL enclosures.

     

    Primary Function of Control system:

    • Call for substrate fill.
    • Control fill levels via hydrostatic pressure transducers
    • Call for heat demand.
    • Manage recirculation and mixing of substrate within the tanks.
    • Heat substrate up to specified temperature and maintain at target temperature for specified time.
    • Control heat demand to keep substrate between specified upper / lower limits.
    • Discharge pasteurised substrate to downstream tank / process, including interface permissions to discharge.
    • Log time and temperature at 1-minute intervals and store date in XLS batch files
    • Allow remote access to monitor system / access and download data logs
    • Allow error monitoring and HMI replication remotely.
    • Transmit alarm state via email to designated address(s)
    • Connection to site SCADA via Modbus connectivity
