10 pass shell and tube heat exchanger for sale in stainless steel

Ideal for biogas plant application. Could be used  to replace internal digester heating coils, this could be set up on a recirculation loop for external heating circuit.

Appx rating 500kW

10 passes, DN200 outer water jacket, DN150 inner for sludge.

Heating water connections via manifold. Please note that there is a plate in the centre of the manifold so one site is for flow and the other for return water.

Isolation valves on both sets of heating circuits and non-return valves on flow

Fittings included for temperature sensors and air bleed valves
