Complete Biogas Plant for sale

Designed to process effluent and waste from vegetable packing plant, built by Clearfleau and commissioned 2016/17. Reason for sale is closure of vegetable packing business.

First class equipment and installation. For sale complete or may split for parts. Designed to process 75m3/day vegetable waste and up to 525m3/day of wash water and liquid starch.

Buyer must remove from site.

Permastore glass bonded 4000m3 digester fully insulated with 1280m3 Biodome double membrane gas holder  and pumped mixing system with Vaughan chopper pumps

Secondary containment system consisting of outer Permastore tank (see pictures)

50m3/hr DAF/CAF system for solids concentration

Chemical dosing systme for H2S and pH balancing including chemical storage tanks.

Flare Products biogas flare package with boosters (300m3/hr)

Aprovis / Parker Chiller package

Huber Press and discuarge augers for digestate processing

All polymer dosing plant for Huber Press and DAF/CAF system

Netzsch Progrsssing cavity pumps throughout

Instrumentation by Vega, Endress & HAuser and IFM

Fully equipped laboratory

Control system and operational SCADA for control of whole plant

Njhuis MBR for processing effluent to watercourse discharge quality
